Our Goals for the Church
-to assist in the development of missions ministry
-to energize churches and individuals
-to support missions
-to equip individuals for missions participation
-to provide opportunities for this participation in missions work
Specifically, we are looking for God to provide a dramatic increase in:
-The commitment of individuals to short and long-term missions assignments
-Financial support for missions
-Prayer and intercession support for missions
-Tools to enable this will be:
-Prayer & Fasting, and Seminars
-Training, Conferences, and Newsletters
Our Goals for the World
-To bring abundant life through Jesus Christ to those lost, oppressed, bound and hurting.
- We understand the battle must be won spiritually. Strongholds need to be demolished before the gospel can bear fruit. Our primary weapons are Spirit-led prayer and the demonstration of Agape love (John 10:10).
Methods:
The specific methods employed will depend on the area and the leading of the Holy Spirit, and will include the following:
Phase I - PREPARATION
Prayer & Intercession Teams
Joshua and Caleb Teams to form strategies
Phase II - EVANGELISM
Mercy Ministries, including orphanages and children's homes
Fine arts/sports
Friendship Evangelism
Short-term teams
Preaching
Phase III - DISCIPLE MAKING
Church Planting / Cell Groups
Leadership Training
Full-time Missionaries
Support for indigenous pastors/churches
